ÖMVRÄ ships worldwide. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping methods, delivery times, and costs.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
United Kingdom: 3 to 5 business days. Europe: 3 to 5 business days. United States: 4 to 9 business days. Rest of World: 7 to 15 business days. These are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak periods such as holidays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders over £70 qualify for free shipping worldwide automatically applied at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website.
Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
For international orders your parcel may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. ÖMVRÄ has no control over these charges. Please check with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and your local post office first. If it is still missing contact us at support@omvrasunglasses.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout.
ÖMVRÄ is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order contact us at support@omvrasunglasses.com immediately and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
