Refund policy
At ÖMVRÄ we want you to love your sunglasses. If you are not completely satisfied we offer the following return and refund policy.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period we are unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty or defective.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return items must be unworn and in the same condition as received, in the original packaging with all tags attached, free from damage caused by misuse or improper handling, and accompanied by your order number as proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, have been used, or are returned without original packaging will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Hygiene Policy
For hygiene reasons sunglasses that show any signs of wear cannot be returned. Please try on your sunglasses carefully without removing protective stickers or tags.
How to Return
Email us at returns@omvrasunglasses.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first as unauthorised returns may not be processed.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item please contact us at support@omvrasunglasses.com within 12 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. In this case ÖMVRÄ will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement at no charge to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned: items returned after the 14-day window, items showing signs of wear, items returned without original packaging or tags, and gift cards.
EU and UK Customers
If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
